* Construction Defect: Litigated hundreds of cases involving construction problems involving design, construction quality, materials, and engineering. Experience in investigating, evaluating, resolving, and, when necessary, litigating construction defect disputes on behalf of homeowners associations, community associations, individual homeowners, and commercial property owners.
