RING SECURES SETTLEMENT VS. TRUMP
Represented over 200 purchasers of to-be-built condominiums in a project bearing the name Trump Ocean Resort Baja. After instituting litigation against the Trump Organization, Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Irongate (co-developer) Jason Grosfeld, Adam Fisher and other responsibility parties, case resolved after five years of litigation. The settlement reached with Trump’s co-developer is a matter of public record. In October 2012, the project’s co-developer, Irongate Wilshire LLC, paid $7.25 million to settle its portion of the lawsuit. Later, the Trump defendants settled. The terms of that settlement remain confidential.
NORTHRIDGE EARTHQUAKE AND RELATED BAD FAITH CLAIMS
Represented hundreds of clients against all major insurance carriers in disputes relating to Northridge Earthquake. Total monies recovered in excess of $25 million.

Pursuing $100,000 Claim For An Elderly Woman Who Sold A Lifetime Collection Of Rare Dolls
A 94 year old widow in Simi Valley sold her doll collection accumulated over a lifetime to an auction catalog company. The dolls were valued at $100,000, but the woman never received the money, which she intended to use to pay for her nursing home care. Mr. Ring helped pursue a claim against the auction catalog company to compensate the woman for her losses.
